I don't know what they pay their employees but they should increase it! The Front Desk Staff were so helpful. They looked up driving directions, made appointments at a spa for me, found horse back riding excursions for my kids and even made sure that we had extra coffee and tea in our room. This was FIVE STAR service are a steal of a price. If all La Quinta's are like this then I am a customer for life.

We stayed at this hotel overnight on a saturday and the young woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful! She even got us driving directions from AAA for our 10 hour drive the next day. We weren't expecting thus level of service and we certainly will be staying here again!

Price was very good for Scottsdale area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast included great self-prepare waffles. Reservations were available on relatively short notice during spring baseball season. The La Quinta is in close proximity to shopping mall and restuarants. And, housekeeping did an excellent job.

This hotel stay was booked and paid for thru online travel website by an employer. When my employee went to check out he was told that only 3 nights were paid for and he had to pay for the 4th night. LaQuinta charged one night to his card, then verified the reservation with online travel website and found out they were in error that all the nights were covered. LaQinta then credited back the night, but they then went back and charged the card a second time, so my employee is still being charged for a night in error. This has been such a hassle, and very unprofessional. This is not the way a hotel should operate when everything was pre-arranged and pre-paid for.

The bathroom was great in the room, room was clean but climate control system was terrible. It's hot in Scottsdale, and we accidently got the room too cold. We tried to warm it up a bit but then the heater started smelling like smoke. So we sweltered all night.
