This place was a very good deal. We reserved our room months in advance and only paid $** a night(in June). The staff was extremely helpful. The location was excellent. You were at the incline railway in a couple minutes. The rooms are not super fancy, but they have more space to put your luggage and snacks than any other place we have stayed and they were clean. We had four people and had plenty of room. We would stay there again.

This hotel is a perfect example of 'you get what you pay for.' Definitley an excellent value especially for the location. About a 10 minute walk to the falls and major attractions. Free parking and spacious cozy rooms. Perfect for a place to rest your head, no more no less.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The picture of the front of the hotel looks nice on the internet but the back side of the hotel and the rooms are old. We had a clogged toilet at 2:30 in the morning, we found a bug in the bathtub and there was a fury bug with a bunch of legs running across the room the next day, the carpet was old and rippled, there was hair on the bathroom floor, there were several burned out light bulbs and you had to call the front desk to turn on the air conditioner or heat. All in all staff were nice (they did bring us a plunger and bug spray), the bed was comfortable and the location was good however I would NOT stay at this hotel again.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and very clean and the front desk personnel were welcoming and helpful. It is in a good location and an easy walk to the Falls.

10/15/2008Friendly front desk, within walking distance to the falls, and very clean and comfortable rooms. bathrooms looked new and really liked having two sinks.
