During my stay at this hotel, the only problems that we had was that none of the keys they gave us worked. So everytime we wanted to get into our room, one of the ladys from the office had to come and unlock the door for us. The next thing would be that we had to ask for a comforter for our bed, cause there was none. That wasn't too much of a big deal. The pool is not worth talking about. But the location was fabulous. We was next to all the great resturants and stores, and even the mall. That's what made it best for us.

Once I got the correct room; non-smoking, it was clean, and AC was already cooling the room. My main disappointment was service. Front desk people were either shor-handed, or lacked the knowldge to provide satisfactory service. I had to come down every day to get my key re-programmed. Otherrwise it was a pleasant stay.
