This hotel was clean, great customer service, friendly staff, no issues with our reservation, and the hot breakfast was wonderful. We were traveling with our two teenagers, which in itself can be a whole experience, but both of them liked this hotel. They particularly liked the hot tub, the breakfast, and the closeness to town. The rooms were quiet and very clean. One of the best hotels in a long time!

When we arrived to this hotel I noticed that the room was not as clean as it should have been. The mirrors had splash marks from prior guests, there were spills down the television, the tables and alarm clock were very dusty, spots on carpeting (our white socks turned black instantly) hair on the bathroom floor. We stayed for two nights and the beds were hard and saggy I ended getting up at 5am both mornings because my lower back was thumping from the pain. On our second day there was a snowstorm. I went down to the breakfast room from the second story and fell on the stairs and also slipped going around the corner. The walks had not been shoveled. We left at 10:30 and the walks still had not been shoveled and the upper balcony level was also full of snow so we had to literrally drag out rolling suitcases through the thick snow making everything wet and messy for the ride home. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They are pricy and the rooms are in need of updates like new mattresses, sinks, tub surrounds, and carpeting.
I ended up cleaning our room so aside from the bad mattress, heavy snow covering the walks still at 10:30 am, and hot tub freak show, we tried to stay away as much as possible. -
