My wife and I took our two children to Knott's Berry Farms and decided to stay here at the Radisson Suites. It is located just down the road from the park so the location is great. The neighborhood is not great. We noticed this when walking home at night after a day of enjoyment at KBF. The first room we were given upon arriving was at the back corner of the hotel. At least it was away from the road so I felt better about being farther from the road. We were in the room for about ten minutes when we noticed the air conditioner (located in the ceiling of the hallway between the bedroom and sitting area) was leaking. We called for another room and were moved to the front of the hotel. The new room had problems as well. The air conditioner was not very effective. It was a hot weekend and it took hours for the room to cool down. Also, we could hear the traffic through the closed window throughout the night so the rooms are not well insulated. Finally, the Sleep Number bed didn't seem to work well. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good but it was really busy. There was a very long line for the hot food. The staff at the hotel was very courteous. The pool is nice and is 8 feet at its deepest. All in all, we probably won't stay here again.

This was by far the worse experience I've had by far staying in a hotel. I've had better experience staying at inexpensive hotels. The room was filthy, the ice machines broken/inoperable the whole time, there were exposed wires on the light fixtures and the onsite office staff were unable to immediately address our concerns

All I can say is the hotel is ok for the price with breakfast for the kids, the bed really unconformable and fells really humid. bad internet connection also. The good part they have the shuttle to Disney the ok pool and the breakfast. Good hotel but I don’t may try something different next time

We were booked to stay just three nights and stayed five. X and X were very helpful. The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff was fantastic. We were out of the hotel most of the day and when we came back to the hotel what a relaxing and at home feeling we had. The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable and we just loved the courtyard. When you came out of you room there were palm trees and birds chirping we felt like we were in a very tropical setting. Thanks to everyone at the Radisson/Buena Park we WILL be back!!!!!!

Came for a vacation with 16 yr. old son. We had a wonderful time. Hotel was convenient to a lot of different things. Staff was friendly. Was so sad to go I cried the day we left. The best week I've ever stayed anywhere.
