I stayed on two occasions over a three-week period. Nice hotel, very comfortable beds, great to have sitting room area and separate bedroom. Lunch service in restaurant a little slow and disorganized, but Room Service in the evenings was very prompt and efficient. Will choose the hotel again next trip to Dallas.

Very nice hotel. Nice Bed and Bedding. Staff was not totally on the ball. No room service menu's in my room No door hanger for breakfast in my room--and I was there 6 nights! Wake up calls that did not come Room Service that did not come--then came wrong the self print center was SLOW--took VERY long to print one page.

Comfortable Bed
05/22/2009Cleanliness, quiet rooms, friendly and courteous staff members, nice dining room facilities, exceptional bedding (the first morning i have had without back aches and pains in 30 plus years!)
