  The staff welcomes you with smiles and warm cookies (always a bonus when traveling with kids). The beds were very comfortable. The pool was a bit cool but clean. They were out of towels, but got right on it when they were alerted to it. I would stay here again.

  Me and my friends stayed here at the Brookfield DoubleTree not to long ago. The hotel as a whole was very clean and fresh smelling. I was WOWed by the evening shift guest service agent, he was very nice. The hotel gives you these fresh warm cookies which are absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I was definitely not expecting someone to hand over any cookies after check in so I was very surprised. The only complaint I have with Double Tree is that you have to pay for the internet to use the service. But overall I was pleased with my stay.

  This was a great hotel! It was clean and the room was beautiful. The garden area was beautiful and quite with pleanty of seating. The restaurant inside the hotel was great too! If you ever need to stay at a hotel, I would really recommend the Double Tree!

  We stayed at this hotel and found everything to be excellent! We didn't use the pool or other facilities, nor did we eat at the restraurant on the property, but only because we were short on time, otherwise those facilities looked nice.
  
  We were greated very graciously upon arrival and departure and helped by the front desk staff with off-site restaurant directions. More importantly, the hotel was absolutely spotless - both inside and outside. The room was also spotless as was the bathroom. The bed was moderately comfortable (nothing beats my bed at home), but the linens and blankets, pillows, etc. were all first rate!! Everything in the room looked new - from the drapes, to the carpeting, to the furniture.
  
  The price was also very reasonable! We would absolutely stay there again without hesitation and would hightly recommend without hesitation for others to stay there as well!
