Everything was excellent, especially the home-made oatmeal and raisen cookies that the clerk had for guests that evening. It was a perfect night to a hectic day and the bed very comfortable. Thank you Holiday Inn.

My wife and I booked a room for Sept 13/14 of 2008 and when we arrived it took about 15 seconds to check in. The reception lady was very friendly, knowlegable and helpfull. The room was so clean it seemed as though we were the first people to have ever used it. The TV remote was easy to use and the were a surprizing number of channels to chose from. Ammenaties included everything you really want including a little refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, coffee maker, tea bags and if you should have forgotten any toiletries you can get them free at the desk. Don`t forget the awesome breakfast served from six to ten. Cereal, hot eggs, sausages, fruit drinks, sweet rolls, coffee, milk, toast and much more are included with the continental breakfast. Also I would like to mention that even the cleaning staff were very cheerfull and said good morning when you met them in the hall. We did not use the pool or spa or the exersize equiptment but I can tell you that the pool water had a nice polish on it. That means it was CLEAN. ( I`m in the pool business). Over all our experience was 100 percent positve and you know that is hard to come by at any price. Thanks Holiday Inn Express I hope all your hotels are this nice. We were there for a ski trip. The staff is excellent, they really took care of us and the room is large and comfy. We will definitely stay there again! They are also renovating and the place will be even better especially with the added indoor pool.

THE HOTEL HAD A THREE STAR RATING. BY MY STANDARDS IT WAS MAYBE A 1 1/2 TO 2 STAR. THERE WAS MOLD AROUND THE BATHROOM SHOWER, STAINS ON THE CARPETING, ENTRANCE WAY INTO HOTEL WAS DIRTY.

The front desk was staffed the entire weekend by two young girls. This would normally make me cringe. But these two young ladies were very sweet, actually cared about their guests and their jobs! They were also in charge of the hotels complimentary FULL breakfast, and the area was well-stocked, food was hot and delicious, coffee was great and the area was clean. The room was immaculate, as were all the public areas. One of the best examples I've seen in the Express chain.
