We stayed here Sept. 09 and had a great experience here. The hotel is about a mile from downtown Nashville, which is within walking distance. It also has a free shuttle that will drive you anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel and will pick you up when ready. The hotel staff was friendly and our room was clean. The hotel is a few blocks away from Vanderbilt University. There are many places to eat whether you stay near the hotel or go downtown. I felt very safe in the area around our hotel as well as walking back from downtown late at night. Close to Centennial Park, which houses the Parthenon and 3 miles from the Cheesecake Factory, my personal fave!

The hotel was Clean and had a very comfortable bed although we didn't spend much time in the room ,there were 3 of us and it was a little tight quarters. Next visit I definately would order a room with 2 double beds instead of a King with a pullout....BUT the Service was UNBELIEVABLE. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable from having coffee in the lobby in the morning, Lemonade, water & punch in the afternoon and a managers party with entertainment 3 out of 4 nights that we stayed with beer, wine, and a snacks. They provided free shuttle service down town. It was during the CMA Fest and the hotel was sold out but they never seemed to mind doing their job with a smile on their face.

Stayed here while moving my son into the dorm. Parking garage was very handy, Hotel is near lots of dining. Staff was very friendly and competent. Free computer use in main lobby was nice. Cozy bar. Just a very pleasant stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was comfortable. I didn't really venture out into the hotel beyond that so I can't review other features. The only thing that was a little annoying was the parking. They have a garage for guests but a friend picked me up and there was no where for him to park while he waited.
