  This place was lousy. no cups or glasses in the room. ice machine didn't work. some rooms are a hike. musty odor in rooms. expensive for what is offered.

  We have stayed here many times and each time is going to be the last, but lodging in st albans is very limited and we try not to spend too ...

  We have stayed here many times and each time is going to be the last, but lodging in St Albans is very limited and we try not to spend too much time in the room. This time there was a space all around the door and we had to block the cold/wind with jackets. The breakfast is pretty awful, the lobby is crowded for more than 4 people. Management needs to do something. The bath was very clean however. And no coffeepot or CLOCK!!

  We were unable to reach the hotel by phone for several days (we thought we might get a better deal if we booked with them directly). they later explained that ...

  We were unable to reach the hotel by phone for several days (we thought we might get a better deal if we booked with them directly). They later explained that they were short staffed. Other than that, we were happy. The room was clean, quiet, and included with a fridge.
