    Check in is at 3:00 so why we had to wait for hours, i don't know! they said they had a "full house" the night before. so? hire ...

    Check in is at 3:00 so why we had to wait for hours, I don't know! They said they had a "full house" the night before. SO? Hire enough help to get the rooms clean for check in time. Staff was nice but dorky. No other word for it. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice, not small, clean. Mini fridge and microwave in the room was nice. Bathroom was plain. They make a big deal out of the "curved" shower curtain. Well - big deal!!! Breakfast was pretty good. A good variety. Egg circles were kind of weird, but ok. They served pastries, bagles, cereal, fruit - fresh and cut up, egg "circles", ham slices, biscuts, toast, yogurt and a variety of juices. They also have a mini store downstairs and coffee all the time. There is also quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Only a few minutes from Knotts.

    We had the worst service you could ever have. the messed up our reservations, gave us wrong room types, didn't get our wake up calls, was treated very rudely, ...

    We had the worst service you could ever have. The messed up our reservations, gave us wrong room types, didn't get our wake up calls, was treated very rudely, the rooms were not that clean, was yelled at by the front desk clerk after coming back from a funeral and because we chose not to check out the hotel feels we should not be taking care of in any way.

    Great hotel to stay with young children. Clean, quite, comfortable rooms. Would have liked a kid tv channel such as Nickelodeon or Boomerang to settle the kids down before bed. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great nights sleep, good breakfast and a clean room.

    This hotel is great! Very quiet, large and clean rooms. I was very happy to see that the complementary breakfast was not a selection of doughnuts but rather a great selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. This hotel is a must for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet stay.
