  The service at the front desk and on the phone was friendly and helpful. The room appeared to be clean and was comfortable and roomy. A hair dryer was available in the room. Even though three towels and wash cloths were available an extra towel and washcloth would have been nice. The location was excellent for our needs. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance with reasonable prices. If I need to stay in a motel in Brownsville again, I would definitely stay at this motel.

  Comforter smelled like it has not been changed for a month, carpet was filthy, hairs all over the towels, sink and tub, and roaches. great attendant that tried to upgrade ...

  Comforter smelled like it has not been changed for a month, carpet was filthy, hairs all over the towels, sink and tub, and ROACHES. Great attendant that tried to upgrade room at no extra cost but pregnant wife did not budge. Checked in at 10PM checked out the next day when wife saw the roach and checked in to La Quinta Inn for 3 days at a much higher rate.

  If you dont mind sharing your room with the roaches this place is for you. blankets were soiled with unknown stains and smelt like a dumpster.... i had to get ...

  IF YOU DONT MIND SHARING YOUR ROOM WITH THE ROACHES THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. BLANKETS WERE SOILED WITH UNKNOWN STAINS AND SMELT LIKE A DUMPSTER.... I HAD TO GET OUTTA THERE CAUSE MY 18 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER WAS TRYING TO PLAY WITH THE ROACHES...... NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER STAY AT ANY RED ROOF INN..............

  Room carpet was filthy; there were hairs from previous occupants all over the sink and bath areas; walls were so thin, you could hear complete conversations of the persons in the next room; every door opening or closure from another room on any floor on the side of the building made our door sound as if someone was coming in. Fortunately, I brought my own pilliws, sheets and towels.
