the room was clean and comfortable, i wished they had supplied more than 1 set of towels. i had forgotten my soap and they only supplied 1 bar for 2 people. the staff was friendly and courtious. overall a decent stay

I visit family in Hickory several times a year, and the Red Roof Inn is the best value I've found. Most of the motels in Hickory are badly overpriced (and this is from someone who lives in San Francisco) and, while the Red Roof is a very simple, basic motel, I've always been completely satisfied. The staff is pleasant and accomodating, and the rooms are clean and fine.
