We checked in to the hotel about 9:00pm, coming straight from the airport. The lady at the front desk was not friendly and said very little. We had arranged in advance for a crib to be put in our room, we have a 2 1/2 year old. Our little girl was ready to go to bed when we got there, we asked about the crib and were told she didn't know if the crib was in our room or not and to let her know if it was not. It was not there so we called down to the front desk and were told it would be right up. 45 minutes later it was still not there so I called again, she said she was checking someone in and would bring it up when she was done. About 20 minutes later, she brought it up, when we opened it up to set it up, the mattress had urine stains and no mattress cover. Since they gave us two beds (should have been one) we were able to use the bedding from one bed to cover the dirty, stained mattress for the crib. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but checked out the next morning. Not a good experience at all.

The Red Roof in Chandler was very nice. It was clean, well kept, and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located just off I10, south of Rt 60 and north of the 220 loop in a good section of town. There are several restuarants in the general vacinty and there is quick access to the major highways. This is a good starting point for exploring and getting around Phoenix.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip, But it had no breakfast, no dirty close bag, nor something else I forget. The super 8's we stayed in were nicer all around.
