We booked this hotel because it was cheap and on our way home from the city. We didn't get to check in until after midnight but had no problems. The rooms are quite small, we had a single king bed, but they are clean. If there is more than one of you, don't forget shampoo because the complimentary one isn't made for anyone with long hair. The bed was kind of hard, but not the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. It is conviently located off the interstate. We used the ice machine to fill our cooler and it was slow but worked eventually. Overall, it was acceptable, but I wouldn't want to stay there more than one night.

we stayed 3 nights here. Everything was clean. Service also ok. This is located in mid city. 30min from Downtown chicago. Everything is near by. So we really enjoyed this stay. But there is no microwave, refrigirator, hair dryer,iron . Place was very clean. There was a coffee machine in the lobby. Who ever likes the starbucks coffee they must try this. They kept breakfast also in the lobby. It was ok. I really liked the coffee.

While the staff and location were great, the room was so small I had to go out in the hall to change my mind. The rooms are clean but very dingy. The hallways are in need of repair and updating. All in all, with the exception of the very courteous staff, not a pleasant experience.

Stayed at the Red Roof in in Downers Grove to attend a wedding. The room was clean and updated. The amenities in the room were lacking. We did need to ask for a iron and ironing board. They said they were all out but they did bring one once we arrived at our room. There are no hair dryers in the room either. Same thing, went to the front office and they had one there for us after we called and they said they were all out. Other than that the stay was very comfortable for the price.

Although they were short staff in the late evening when we were checking in. The clerk was friendly and efficient. The room is nice and clean and the stay was quiet and comfortable. You would misjudge it by the price because usually hotel with these rates are terrible but this was an awesome hotel. It is located by alot of amentities. and its right off the highway. You would enjoy yourself. I would recommend this hotel to those who do not like staying in run down and dirty hotels; because their prices are so low you would think its not the place. All Red Roof Inns are not like this one. I was totally shocked and have stayed many times there after because If you are use to upscale hotel but just can't afford it this trip. Then Red Roof Inn is the place for you.
