  Stayed in the hotel the evening of 8/31/09 an the room smelled very musty when I checked in however I decided that I could stand the smell. When I woke up in the morning I was covered with bedbug bites. I called to report the bites and to recommend they try to eliminate the bed bugs for future guests. The hotel operator appreaciated the call but seemed unconcerned. I promptly cancelled. Not a very good experience and clearly I will not stay at the hotel again.

• DIRTY, HAIRY, AND ROACHES

  My first day in the hotel was uneventful until i went to use the microwave and found trash in it. i let that slide but while i was eating at ...

  MY FIRST DAY IN THE HOTEL WAS UNEVENTFUL UNTIL I WENT TO USE THE MICROWAVE AND FOUND TRASH IN IT. I LET THAT SLIDE BUT WHILE I WAS EATING AT THE WONDERFUL DESK I LOOK UP AND SEE A ROACH CRAWLING UP THE WALL. WELL I KILLED IT BUT IT WAS 4 AM AND I KNEW THAT THE PLACE WAS BOOKED UP SO I HAD TO WAIT TO CALL THE FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN. WELL THE KICKER WAS WHEN I WENT TO USE THE SHOWER AND AFTER I GOT IN I NOTICED THAT HAIR WAS STUCK ON THE SHOWER WALL. WELL I COMPLAINED THEN AND WAS MOVED INTO ANOTHER ROOM LATE IN THE AFTERNOON B/C THE MORNING STAFF IGNORED MY COMPLAINTS. I WILL SAY THIS...... THE NEXT ROOM I WAS MOVED IN WAS MUCH MUCH BETTER AND THE EVENING STAFF DID THEIR BEST TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS HAPPY. I CAN RECOMMEND THE HOTEL AND WOULD STAY AGAIN B/C OF THE EVENING STAFF, BUT I WILL INSPECT THE ROOM COMPLETELY BEFORE I BRING A BAG IN.

  First room checked into had a leak, the second room we were sent to was occupied, the third room was dirty and the fourth smelled like everyone in the world smoked there. The fifth was the charm!!!!
