the staff was helpful and friendly, i liked the gift shop right in the hotel. 2nd night i had a headache and i ran down stairs to the gift shop and bought asprine. the room was clean. although most of the cleaning staff do not speak much english everything went well , the only complaint that i do have is that you can hear everything that goes on outside. during my stay there were 2 business meetings going on and when they were done and everyone went to the parking lot you could hear them all talking outside along with the fireworks from Kottsberry Farm/Park. the last thing i wanted to say was the rooms are not baby/toddler friendly ,the staff did bring in a crib without a problem. i would stay again !!

Room was small so it was very tight with the 4 of us..not a lot of room to move around. Glad we only stayed one night. Sheets on both beds had several yellow stains on them. They provided us with a crib, but it was old. Pool was nice, but the small toddler sized pool had a sign saying it was closed by the health department. Resturant was fantantic as was the location..nice access off the freeway and very close to Knotts Berry Farm.

Although it is an old hotel with an MJ face lift, it was comfortable, clean, and a pleasant atmosphere. The layout is very convenient for parking and room access. The overall look and feel of the inside is very inviting and comfortable; beautiful lobby and you feel comfortable to lounge there. The staff was as attentive, although difficult to communicate with, and very friendly. The room was a descent size and clean. The only complaints would be the location of electrical receptacles (not enough of them) and no "central" air. The breakfast menu was just okay but the staff was great and the kids eat free fantastic. Free internet access. I would definitely stay there again. Getting on the Freeway a little inconvenient, you have to turn right and make a U turn, or just take the shuttle (cannot comment we did not use it). Still, not too far from D-land.

We found this hotel to be satisfactory - it's not luxury, and the location is not great near the freeway, but the free shuttle to Disney is very convenient, and all staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Room was small, but the bathroom was great! Loved the bowed shower curtain allowing lots of elbow room in the shower.
