The room was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The bathroom facilities are very worn, toilet ran constantly and the hotel staff were not at all interested in fixing it. The furniture was marked up and carpet had stains. Exit doors were held in place by magnets that did not work correctly. To exit I had to push hard with my shoulder, not good if there was an emergency. Would not stay there again.

I have to tell you, I was supprised to see this hotel had everything I needed. I travel for a living and it is hard to find a hotel that can give you such service! I have stayed at hiltons and marriotts that just raise their noses at you when you have a simple question. Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Tucson just made a new friend. I will stay there everytime I am in Tucson. I recomend asking the front desk staff to guide you to the best spots in town. They are very knowledgable.

We immediately found to 2 HUGE moths in out .We then found a HUGE catapillar on the curtains.In the morning was were we lost it. We had found 5 more huge catapillars on the floor. One found on my son's pillow. My wife called the front desk asking for the Manager. the informed us that they live in the tress surrounding the pool and THAT WAS IT! Well I guess a phone call to corporate was needed. Today 7/9/07 I made the call and they were very apologetic about the problem. They will get back to us tomorrow with hopefuly something. Imagine a HUGE catapilar getting into your EAR!

This hotel has a great pool and hot tub. The lobby is nice and clean. However, we were supposed to get a room with a frig and microwave and did not. Also if you have alot of luggage forget getting a bell cart or bellboy. rooms were fairly clean, but a little out dated. I would stay here again.

Unlike other comments I found the room and the bed to be comfortable. Everything was clean and in place. The hotel is farther from the airport than it seems from the description. Nothing nearby to walk to but it was quiet and reasonably convenient. I would stay there again if I'm ever in Tucson again.
