  I stay here often because they give me a decent rate, but the housekeeping has become less than par over the last few visits. When asked for the bthrm to be recleaned, my request was ignored twice. The rooms are a bit worn but the beds are comfortable and the down comforters are warm. Yes, the heated pool is ice cold and the hot tub has NO jets, but hey it is memphis!! The room service is at laest adequate if not overpriced, but when isn't it? The best part of the place is the location, price , mgr and restaurant chef who is always friendly and helpful.

  Street access to hotel is a nighmare/confusing and dangerous due to one way street. heated pool was ice water, hot tub with no jets,restaurant staff rude! room below ...
