This is the best value you'll ever find. Front desk staff greeted us like old friends. Very helpful with area recommendations and directions. Rooms were spotless and well maintained. Clean, soft sheets, lots of pillows and towels. Room air conditioner worked perfectly. Our room was near the lobby, but no noise problem at all. Extra large fridge and microwave were new. TV worked perfectly Pool is small but clean and fun for the kids - even the locker room was immaculate. And the breakfast - incredible! Fresh make-your-own waffles. Pastries, bagels, fresh fruit, cereal (hot and cold), muffins and a toaster, even hard boiled eggs. Great coffee. And sandwiches of eggs/cheese/sausage with biscuits! I couldn't believe all this included in the room price! I would come back to Concord just to stay in this hotel. You could tell they really pride themselves on doing a good job.

We booked this particular hotel for the indoor pool. We were very upset to find it closed for renovations. We were offerred nothing but a passing apology which did little to make up for the smell of the chemicals in the lobby and dining area or our kids disappointment. To add insult to injury, our room had a musty smell and its overall size was too small for a family of 5. We travel a lot with the kids and this was one of our worst stays yet.

Air conditioning didn't work good at all. Needed a floor fan which we did get. However the A/C still didn't work good.The Bath Tub wasn't clean. When you see others long hair all over the tub you can say it wasn't cleaned. For the cost of the room per night I expected alot better. I was not satisfied

I hope this review makes its way to the hotel I stayed at. It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were efficient, friendly, eager to assist and appeared to enjoy their jobs!
