I choose this hotel because I was attending an event that was taking place in one of the function rooms. I cannot say enough about this location. While I wasnt too thrilled about attending this work related event ;) I was happy with the choice of hotel. The food that was provided for our meeting was just what we had needed. I especially enjoyed the leisure of knowing I did not have to leave the hotel for any reason. The free breakfast from the in-house restaurant was actually a nice hot buffet that included eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, dry cereal and even waffles. My room was great. It came fully equipped with a fridge and microwave. The furniture appeared to be brand new and the beds were suprisingly very comfortable. I had a ground floor room that had a slider which opened out onto a nice courtyard/patio area which had two large grills for our use and a really nice yard area that was all fenced in. The indoor pool is just off the courtyard and it was spectacular. The seating in the pool area was actually lawn lounge chairs and not those dingy white plastic chairs you see most often. Overall I would definitely refer my friends and family to this location. I have stayed at the few other hotels keene has to offer but none compared to the ammenities and service that I received while at the Best Western. If I should find myself having to spend any more time in keene, I know where I will stay.

I been staying this hotel since 1991, this hotel have new management since last year....Hotel is totaly change after they took over, They change bed, bedding, carpet, wall paer and bathroom is totaly new..nice indoor pool with courtyard...gret thing is full hot break fast free at restaurent ..I love it.......good job..
