  We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and it was a good choice for us for that reason alone. However, if we hadn't cared about that (for instance, if it were summer), we could have gotten a larger room with a free breakfast (the HIlton charges $10 a person for their breakfast) at a lower price. The hotel is nice, clean and conveniently located right off Rte. 66 and close to I-40. (Of course, that means it is not a very picturesque location). I would stay here again in the winter, but in the summer I'd select a less expensive spot with an outdoor pool.

  Room was smaller than expected from viewing the pictures. water was shut off after 10pm which turned out to be a real inconvenience after returning from site seeing the area. ...

  Room was smaller than expected from viewing the pictures. Water was shut off after 10PM which turned out to be a real inconvenience after returning from site seeing the area. I was told of the shut off when I arrived but it was too late to look for another place. We should be advised before that day since they already had a memo to that effect.

  Flagstaff is a wonderful place to stay. It was very convenient to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon and Walnut Canyon. The staff at the Inn was very helpful with directions to restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

  The front desk and staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. In fact every employee at this hotel goes the extra mile to be friendly. The muffins, cookies, etc at the front desk are a nice touch. Good location for dining and shopping. My only constructive criticism is I wish the pool wasn't right there basically in the lobby. It was a little smaller than I like. The rooms are average size, but very clean. I prefer my bed a little softer but I know that is an individual preference. Overall good value for price.
