Nice size room and service was friendly although we were told if we got the towels dirty by wiping our shoes with them with the red dirt we would be charged. After that I was afraid to use them even though I only use towels for showers. Internet only worked sporadically, and the hot tub valves did not shut off properly and allowed the water to keep running. We thought the spigot was going to fall off. An electrical outlet in the room wiggled and was unsafe. Room was clean and decorated nicely and the views were outstanding.

The location was good, and the bed comfortable. On the other hand, our fireplace didn't light, and breakfast was pathetic. A waffle iron, bad coffee, and a bowl of sad-looking apples was it. More importantly, as i left the office after checking out, someone came in to ask about having his room again for the next night..T he clerk assumed he was my husband and charged his reservation, which he never showed up for, on my credit card. Never asked for ID, never asked to see the card. Since my key was still on the ounter where i had left it, that was enough for her.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had an end unit so the view of red rocks was wonderful. The only negatives were lack of a pool and/or spa and the complimentary breakfast. There food offerings were not great - an hour after it's start, most of it was gone and wasn't replenished - and there is precious little seating available.
