This hotel is very CLEAN, conveniently located, and noise was never a problem. You wouldn't have known you were so close to the busiest airport in the world -ranked 5 years straight. The lobby was welcoming. Staff was very very helpful and friendly. The room was huge and nicely decorated. They had a business center which was helpful for a last minute map we needed to print out from Mapquest. It was our last night in GA as we had just driven back from Ft. Benning, Columbus to see our son graduate from Basic Training! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Definitely would stay again!!

The decor was a little old-fashioned but the room was nice and clean. I was not a fan of the tub area- there was no tile, just painted walls. There was a microwave and a fridge in the room which was nice. The breakfast was sparce but sufficient- waffles, fruit, cereal, frozen breakfast sandwiches. Overall a good stay though

The hotel was very good quality and the shuttle was a big help, since we were stuck in Atlanta due to flight cancelations. The only problem was that the shuttle won't take you anywhere but the airport, when there are several stores the same distance away. The cab fare cost $15 each way to the closest store, and we had no luggage, so we had to shell out money for cab fare and for clothing and toiletries. The hotel breakfast bar was nice. They had ham/egg/bacon/cheese sandwiches in the frig that you could microwave and they actually tasted really good. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the beds were very comfy. One thing, though, we heard the staff talk to the cab driver about guests several times in a negative way. The desk person was acting as if the person requesting the cab was asking for too much by asking to go to a local shop. We heard her do this 3 times about people while we were in the lobby. This wasn't very professional. We were not treated badly in person by the staff, but it was disheartening to hear guests being talked about in that way.

Our visit was for a girls shopping trip. The desk clerks at the hotel were very helpful and nice! 2 of the rooms were not available upon our arrival however checking for availbilty which didn't take long. Continental breakfast was very good and the overall experience there was memorable. I will definitely stay at this Fairfield again!!
