  There's a reason why the industry is called hospitality, a reason lost on the desk clerk at the Mesa Marriott. After any sort of journey, the last thing the traveler wants to deal with is an attitude. Reception and check-in should be something more than resulting in wishing you had booked elsewhere, regardless of the property. The property is nice, our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is located near franchise restaurants and shopping.

  This has been a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They kindly stored a bag that was lost by the airlines and delivered while I was away for three days. The rooms are clean, the grounds are beautiful. I would gladly recommend the Marriott Courtyard to travelers.

  I too expect marriott to be cleaner and a bit more upscale...especially at 279 per night. this would be a great value at 99/nt.

  The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I was so happy with my stay there. The room was sparkling clean and the bed is the comfiest bed I have even slept on. I am using this hotel chain again when I travel to Houston next month. The staff was friendly and the front desk was very helpful. I felt safe and at home in this hotel. Thank you!

  This was the worst Marriott experience I have ever had. I expect a standard from this hotel which was completely lacking. If you like traffic noise, bed bugs to tuck you in, loud car drags on the street, uncaring staff, brown water from the faucets, uncleaned rooms, bad food, and high prices, you will like this Marriott.
