    I have stay in this hotel before, but this is the last time EVER. Rooms not CLEAN, smells very bad. Bathroon nasty. AC not working correctly. We had to change rooms 3 times.

    During y stay in Charleston I stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel. I knew it wasn't a five star hotel, but at the very least I expected it to be clean, and for the shower to have a shower curtain. The furniture was shabby, cheap, and very dirty looking. I moved to a new room and it wasn't much better. They grossly misrepresented the hotel on the sight. It was awful. I will not be staying there again!!!!!

    This reservation was made in January. When we arrived@ 4:00pm we waited 4 hours for a room. The manager explained that the hotel was under renovation. It was obvious that the room we were given was slated for redo. Broken hair dryer, filthy rugs, holes in the curtains. The double room we reserved in January was not available so we were given King Beds. Two days later we were moved to two rooms with double beds. The fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom and these rooms were also filthy. The stay at this hotel turned a family gathering in Charleston into a disaster!!!

    The hotel advertised wireless internet. The first room they put me in I could not get a signal. They moved me to a room nearer to the lobby and access was fine. The room itself was OK. A little worn, but in need of upgrading. The bathroom was terrible. The tub bottom was actually very slippery. I don't know if it was slime or just soap. Apparently, house service ignored it. The bottom molding on the left side was coming apart revealing what looked like some black mold.

    Bottom line there was no quality in this Quality Inn.
