  My room had no remote for the tv. the info given on the hotel said 54 channels which is good for a hotel room. after 3 calls to the front ...

  My room had no remote for the TV. The info given on the hotel said 54 channels which is good for a hotel room. After 3 calls to the front desk they finally brought me a remote. However, it was just a remove to the TV, not to their cable service, so instead of getting 54 channels I got maybe 20, mostly pubilic domain
