My wife and I just got married this past weekend, and we stayed for 2 nights including the night of our wedding. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room, and a nice soft king sized bed. The amenities are superb. I love the big screen TV. My wife and I are avid sports fans, and we were able to watch all three local sports teams play. The TVs are much better than other hotels I've stayed at where you can barely get reception, but not here! They have a really nice health club at the Crown Plaza in Nashua. I didn't really get to use it, but I checked it out, and it is spacious and has a pool and hot tub and full training center. Also, even though room service had closed for the evening, the pub was open until after midnight with food available for pickup. We didn't get much, just a burger and a personal pan pizza, but it really hit the spot, and it was nice knowing that we were able to get food even though it was so late. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting the Nashua area. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Specifically, if you are newlyweds, and looking for a place to stay for the night or two before your honeymoon starts, this is the place!!

All I have to say is I have never had a better hotel experience then at the Crowne Plaza in Nashua, NH. I really got that hometown vibe when dealing with the hotel workers, and everyone is always ready to assist with my every need. The only issue I had was the remote control batteries died, so I really can't complain!! The beds are so comfortable, and the entire hotel seemed to be in tip top shape. Congratulations on such a beautiful hotel, and thanks for a great stay!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Nashua, NH area.

Housekeeping problems; misleading compensation

At first blush our room was adequate. We arrived just in time to drop our bags and head back down to MA to pick up our daughter from camp. Returned late; swam for a while; bed. In the morning I noticed that both the bathroom vent and hair drier were not functioning. Unfortunately the rest of my family was still asleep when I reported this to the front desk clerk, who promised to have them fixed that day. Returned to our room about 4pm, housekeeping had not yet arrived. When we finally hunted them down, they did a less than adequate job ? no clean glasses, returned dirty coffee mugs to their holders, no new blow drier, vent still not working. Again went to the lobby to see desk clerk who offered to move us (declined ? we were headed out to dinner) 10% off dinner at the hotel (declined) or complimentary breakfast (accepted). Again, initially satisfied that they were serious about customer service, however, the ?complimentary? breakfast was really a discounted breakfast since nothing on the menu was less than the $8 value of the ?gift?. What irks me the most is that the ?complimentary? breakfast was misleading. We had to read the fine print on the coupons to see that they were subject to such a low limit. How much could breakfast really cost them?
