  Maybe coincidence, but worst stay of my life! (no exaggeration) During our 2 night weekend stay: Alarm clock was broken. Tub would not drain at all. Housekeeping ran out of towels and washcloths and didn't get any to our room until 5:00 PM after we requested them at 2:00. Then elevators went out and we had to take stairs for the remainder of our stay! And I woke up with a terrible backache. At one point, we got off the elevator (when it worked) to find the housekeeping staff with a rollaway bed in the elevator lobby putting on sheets! There were 3 of them, several piles of laundry, and the bed all right there where guests had to get on/off. Could they not find a better place? They've fixed everything but the elevator so far, but I won't be coming back to find out if that happens.

  This was an excellent location. My teenage Son and I were Here for one night while we waited for the rest of our family members to arrive to the area, before transfering down to another hotel off the ocean. The location was great. We visited Broadway at the Beach which reminded me of Downtown Disney in Orlando, Florida . The Ocean was minutes away. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. We spent the evening walking around Broadway at the Beach and then took in a movie later that evening.

  I travel to Myrtle Beach once a week on business. This is a great 3 star hotel for the price. Clean and relatively new. The best feature is the proximity to Broadway at the Beach. There is something there for everyone. You will not get bored.
