  Condo sized rooms with much storage. Full kitchen (unnecessary in downtown Durango). Floors and door squeaks. Breakfast was unimpressive -nothing hot. Old yes, but only has a fraction of the charm of Stratter Hotel just down the street. The building is historic and right in downtown. Within walking distance of numerous great restaurants and shops. Hot tub was nothing special. Beds were a little hard.Staff was very friendly and helped with reservations for Mesa Verde.Large enough for two bathrooms
