My daughter and I just loved the accomodations. All of the staff was very polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was nice that after checking out, we could leave our car there until 3:00 P.M., which gave us time to have breakfast and do a little more shopping. The only downside were the prices. I've never even heard of charging a guest to utilize the pool or gym. $* per day to park your car (and it is a per day charge) and $* for a bottle of water seems to be excessive. All in all, we had a great time and would have loved to stay longer.

Stayed for a conference in September for 2 nights. We utilized the conference room on the top floor - it was perfect for our group of 19 - sky lighting and a great view of the lake. They provided us with lunch both days and the items were different each day. The room was clean and comfortable. Wireless was available to us in both the guest room and conference room. It was the perfect stay and the staff was polite and helpful.

My experience was mostly very positive- nice view, great room, comfortable, good price, great pool, hot tub and fitness equipment. A couple of concerns were- parking was quite a bit more expensive than most hotels and lots in the area ($* per night), there were no vending machines anywhere since there are ridiculously priced minibar items in each room, there is a $* fee for using internet services and if you accidentally move anything in the minibar it will show up on your bill, though they were very willing to remove it from the bill.

I stayed here for a business meeting. The location was great, the hotel staff could not have been more helpful, and the room was great. Comfortable bed, excellent showers and even a thick terry robe, plus the views could not be beat. A great hotel, in a great location, in a great city.
