I along with my husband spent 7 night while re-locating in Colorado Springs. This hotel was very safe. We had our moving truck with our belonging at their parking lot. If you stay here ,request for 2nd floor with mountain view room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here because of heavy snow on road. This place is fantastic. Room was very clean and wel-equipped with microweb, fridge etc. Breakfast was very good. I had to email to my brother.But i forgot to bring laptop. When i asked frondesk about computer, she showed me the business center. She was very nice and helpful. The best part of this hotel was indoor heated pool. The pool was very warm. We spent almost 2 hours there. I think this hotel is one of the best hotel in Colorado Springs.

No Shower for two day due to lack of hot water. Not realy a remodel more cosmetic cover-up. Runners over worn rug, cut metal with sharp edges to hold runner in place on stairs. The rooms were ok. Location not the best if your planning to be in town, but close to Manitu Springs. Pool hot one night cold the next, so although there is an indoor swimming pool sometimes not useable. The refrigerator and micro in the rooms a plus.

Blankets were filthy and smelled terrible. Mattress was lumpy and hard. Hotel itself was dirty - carpets on stairs were ripped, hazardous and filthy. Hallways were dirty. You could either plug in a bedside lamp, or the clock, but not both. Breakfast was bad and coffee undrinkable. I would never stay here again.
