    We stayed in fairview heights because it was so expensive to stay downtown. we didn't realize how easy it was to get there from the hotel. the hotel staff ...

    We stayed in Fairview Heights because it was so expensive to stay downtown. We didn't realize how easy it was to get there from the hotel. The hotel staff helped us get directions to wherever we wanted to go and took care of what ever we needed. It was truly the staff service that made our stay memorable. I would not hesitate to suggest the Fairfield to any of my family or friends. This will not be our last visit to this hotel.
