Request 3rd floor on west to avoid train noise and walking across ceiling.Sun morning breakfast ends at 9:00 am regardless if you are waiting in line. Sign goes up and food is taken away. Staff says it is mgmt policy to save money. Next time, I save money and stay someplace else.

The pool was nasty there was dirt in it nobody would even swim in it. The beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel is right by a railroad track. If i ever go to Pueblo again i will never stay there.

The service was mostly good, however, I was upset when I didn't receive my requested wake up call. Fortunately I woke up on my own. The view from my room was that of a large field with railroad tracks. Did I mention railroad tracks, as in loud, noisy, blow your horn right out my window railroad tracks? No wonder I didn't need a wake up call. I've stayed in other hotels in Pueblo, which are much better overall, and less expensive. This is way over priced. Definitely will not stay here again.

On February 2 my family and I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Pueblo. The hot tub had sand and rocks in it, the pool was freezing, the beds are small, trains roll every couple of hours and there is light coming from the huge gaps in the doorway. My complaints resulted in an out of order sign being placed for the hot tub and a broken promise for a 15.00 discount. I currently have a 72.44 and a 15.00 charge on my checking account. My conversation with the manager resulted in a denial that there is a charge and a failure to locate or attempt to locate that charge and my emails to the GM are unanswered. Do not stay here.

The first thing I noticed was two people complaining about messed up reservations that left then out of a room for the night because there were very few rooms left in town that weekend. When we got up to our room and walked in it smelled rotten. The carpet was stained and sticky. The furniture had cigarette burn marks on it (although it was a non smoking room.) The shower floor was black with grime. The walls had red stuff splattered on them. The ironing board had stains on the cover. When I went to call the operator I found little curly black hairs on the phone. We immediately went to request a refund and to go to another hotel which they did. What bothered me the most was that I told the manager I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room and she didn't even ask for specifics or seem to care. She acted as if this was normal.
