If you plan on charging your meals to your room as my company does so employees do not have to pay for meals while working away from home pick another Hotel. The restaurant has just transferred to private control and room charges will not be accepted. My company and our business will stay elsewhere. We can not expect employees to pay out of pocket expenses for their meals when WE send them away from home. This is a terrible inconvienence to expect our employees let other hotel guests to pay separately for their meals. Poor business decision!!! Our several visits a month will be $pent elsewhere. The staff is excellent and the accomodations are adequate.

I wanted to use my credit card so my daughter could stay overnight because it's across from the Spinal Rehab. I faxed authorization about 10 days ago and she was able to stay a few times. Tonight they would not honor that fax because it didn't specify dates. I spoke with Andrena at the front desk who said she spoke with her manager, Travis, who is the person I originally spoke with, explained the situation and still was not able to honor my fax. I'm in NY, it's 11:45 p.m. and couldn't get out to refax the authorization. My daughter went elsewhere. In addition, the medical rate of $80.00 was more than if it had been booked on line at $72.00.

This hotel was priced right and very well worth the while to stay at. If you want a clean and simple hotel, this would be the one. Easy access off and on the freeway. Hope that they can stay that way. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

Very personable, friendly front desk staff; not only was my room non-smoking, the entire floor was non-smoking, room clean, bed extremely comfortable, very satisfying breakfast - plenty of choice whether you want waffles or danish,or if you are trying to eat healthy. We will stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel before and we will probably stay here again. It is a well maintained, clean, comfortable place to stay. If you are looking for elegant try the Hotel Lusso or The Davenport. It is in a convenient location for downtown activities or access to the hospitals. It is close to the freeway so if you are sensitive to noise request a room on the south side of the building.
