I stayed at this hotel last year and again this year. What a difference! They are refurnishing all the rooms with new flooring, carpet and furniture. The smokey smell (from visitors smoking in the room) is gone. I love the floor plan with the bed in a separate area. I had a mini living room with a couch and cofee table, end tables and a tv that swivels so you can watch it in the living area or in bed. I even asked if I could have an arm chair and they brought it to me. I covered the table with a tablecloth and had a little dining area. I visit this area to see my kids and it's a great place to have them over because they don't feel like they are in my bedroom. I love the full kitchen so I can cook for them. The furnishings are simple but at $* a night it was fabulous!

Check in was a complete hassle. For some reason, they were unable to get the check-in paperwork done for hours and closed the lobby before getting it done. The same happened with our family when they checked in. When we got to our room, the TV, shower, phones, and lamps in the room did not work. I asked for another room, and they said I would have to talk to them in the morning. The only way it could be worse would to find bugs in the room. Simply terrible. Don't stay here.

Nice, large, bright rooms. Full service kitchen. The bathroom was sort of dirty - mildew in the tub and mold/mildew on the back of the shower curtain. They also did not take the trash out from the previous tenant. Those would be my only complaints though - the bed was nice, ample amount of pillows and blankets. Close to everything in Alpharetta.

For the price I got this room for (I think $40 a night) it exceeded my expectations! I thought that everything was great for a 2 night trip. The rooms were great, almost like a mini apartment with a full size fridge, stove, microwave - I really enjoyed that b/c I love to cook my own meals. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful! Even finding a hairdryer for me when I forgot mine! IT was very quiet which was helpful b/c I was on a business trip. I would recommend this place to anyone b/c you get a lot for the low price!
The only downfalls I supose is that I would not want to stay longer than 2 nights b/c there is only room cleaning weekly... but that did not bother me b/c I really do not like for maids to come in my room daily. And there was plenty of towels.
Also - for some reason the elevator had a HORRIBLE smell!!! I dont; know what it was but it was bad. I had to hold my nose when I got in the elevator - but that smell was only in the elevator. -
