  Great motel/hotel for the money. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. Located in industrial neighborhood, but not loud or run-down area. Easy access from freeway. Only a 20 min drive from downtown Seattle.

  The hotel was under construction, which is fine, but when the room you are staying in exceeds 80 degrees and management does nothing about it, there's a problem!

  We were apprehensive after reading reviews of other "inexpensive" hotels in Seattle and finding only one for this place. We liked it very much. It is clean, well-equipped with kitchenette and the usual TV. The bed was nice and the room quiet. Very easy to get to with Mapquest.
  The front desk people were nice. We highly recommend this motel.

  We came from out of state on vacation.This was just the type of place I was looking for.It is not fancy,but is clean and I felt safe.It was a short drive to downtown seattle.If you are looking for room service or a swimming pool this is not your place.But if you are looking for a clean,safe and affordable place.ESA Kent is just the ticket.
