We asked for nonsmoking and got to the room and thats all you could smell. There was a crack where the door wouldn't seal so heat was coming in and light . The lady at the office was nice.

This is the most pitiful excuse for an ""extended stay"" I have ever seen. I am an RN who travels on 13 week assignments. I have been all over the country and stayed in some questionable places en route, but never this bad. I checked out after the first night because I did not feel safe. People were sitting outside smoking, drinking, and playing cards with doors open and music blaring at 11pm when I had to work at 6am. I would have complained to the manager, but he was hanging out with them next door to the office! The rooms are old and disgusting. There are stains all over the curtains, bedspread, and carpet. I brought in a blanket and slept on top of it on top of my bed. Don't walk on the carpet because it is sticky. I don't want to know why. There are maybe two feet on either side of the full sized bed, and no closet. The refrigerator is dorm room sized. This is definitely NOT a place for a long term stay OR a business traveler. The area is known locally as ""The Strip"" because it used to be the red light district. Right down the road are strip clubs and tattoo parlors. I guess maybe if you are just looking for a place to crash after the casinos you'd be okay. I wrote several letters and made several calls to the corporate office, to no avail. They have no business posting a decent picture and posing as a business hotel in any way. Also, there are no disabled ramps and my colleague is disable. DO NOT stay here! I never will again.

staff was very good and helpful
04/29/2009I give a 10 to all the staff, is a good hotel but the rooms are to small and the bed was very uncomtable, beside that everything was excellent.

I would stay here again as a frugal traveler looking for a cheap and comfortable place to stay. The nonsmoking room had a bit of smoky mustiness in it, but it was clean, and the manager called to ask if everything was okay. I really liked having a kitchenette for about the same price as a simple motel room elsewhere.

I was disappointed from the time that I opened the door until I left. The mold and mildew smellled so bad that nothing that we used could cover up the oder, Also the Carpet was terrible and cigarette burns everywhere, So i advise you to stay at home rather than rent a room at this place. The one thing that I can say is that it's CHEAP.
