Did not have room I reserved, said they would in a few days, but a week later they never came through. Kitchen faucet spewed water, heater would not get above 68 degrees. Lighting so poor you could not see. Construction workers (half of parking was for their trucks) tracked mud into building and elevator. Christmas day moved us to smaller room with heat, but it had elevator shaft running through it. Early morning conversations could be heard in the elevator. Very early. Very noisey. Staff was unable to make any decisions, just apologized. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It was one week of miserable living conditions and physical discomfort. If you want a true resident inn stay at Marriott. Worth every penny!

Came to hotel for two purposes. Wife attending conference at Wayne Grand and husband visiting antique malls. Found it difficult to get around city due to one way streets and streets that changed names. A good city map showing these changes and large enough to read would be helpful. The hotel was good, had nice kitchen facilities, which we really did not use. It was comfortable and quiet.
