  I wanted a hotel with full kitchen and Residence Inn was out of my budget, so i went for Studio Plus. I got good price from a travel website, way cheaper than what you will get directly from Hotel. This hotel was an OK place to live in that price. Staff was polite and very professional. Rooms were clean. what i did not like about hotel was - its old and need some replacements. Air-conditioner was noisy. Cooking range was old. Low Lighting made room gloomy. Colors of floor-mat and curtains were depressing. Fitness room is similar to a NO-Fitness Room. Overall, its an average place to stay.

  The room was very large and comfortable. Nice to have the kitchen and the sofa to spread out. It was adequate in terms of cleanliness and the bed was fine. Lots of TV channels and the staff was helpful about the surrounding area. The only negative for the kids was no pool, but there was a nice hot tub for us grownups. We didn't use it, but it look well-maintained. Close enough to the airport and the casinos. We will definitely stay there again.

  We found the facility was dated with worn furniture, room needing repair, no handicap access with a room on the third floor, and no ammenities. We were charged for 3 nights but only stayed one. Neither the hotel, nor travelocity, nor the credit card would refund two nights lodging. SO MUCH FOR SATISFACTION GUARENTEED. This building must violate city codes for handicap access. Since my wife has a bad back this is an issue.

  Friendly staff, excellent facilities, and very comfortable rooms. This is an excellent quality suite including a kitchenette, leather recliner, and a table with two comfortable chairs. If you looking for something to do after work within 5 miles are Harrah's Casino, Ameristar Casino, St. Louis Mills Mall, and a Dave and Buster's.
