We searched for economical accomadations and ended up in a third world country. The entire facility smelled of curry or kimsche. Our "no smoking room" carried such a stench of old ash tray that my son and I were overcome with headaches within minutes. Noise at all hours of the night, doors slamming people talking in the hallways in the early morning hours. No towel service. No soaps or shampoo's. No cleaning service if you stay less then a week. I felt as if we were in a half way house. We booked the room for 6 days, but decided after the first night to check out and find a new hotel. They did let us check out without charging us for the entire week although we did have to pay for a second night due to short notice of checking out. I would expect this hotel to cost closer to $39.99 to $49.99 range. For $30 more a night we stayed on the south side of Akron in accomadations I would expect to pay $140 a night for but only paid $* for. I was not going to write a reveiw at all but when they decided to charge me for a night that I did not stay and the hotel was only 50% occupied I felt obligated. You get what you pay for on a personal level, as well as what you charge for on a business level.
