  Hotel room was clean and adequate. Kitchen was enough to cook for 2 or 3 people. Rooms cleaned weekly with fresh linens and towels. Stayed 1 month plus while working in area. Laundry room was adequate and in good shape. Cold water was not cold enough, more than enough hot water. Highly recommend for extended stays of a week or more.

  The location of this hotel is great - 10 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Other than that, the only other positive thing I can say is they have great water pressure and lots of hot water. Unfortunately, the rooms wreak of smoke - even the ""non-smoking"" rooms. They claim they can't help the smoke coming from other rooms via the bathroom fans! Even with windows open for 4 hrs, it still smelled! Would not recommend this room if you have smoke issues.
