I stayed here the 2nd week of May 2009. Every previous hotel stay at a number of Extended Stay's in the Midwest were all without incident or dissatisfaction. The room was clean, the employees were courteous and the wifi was reliable and fast. The only issue I had while staying in was the loud music in the room next to mine. After lodging a complaint with the desk, twice, both incidents were taken care of. I recommend the Peoria Extended Stay to anyone. I will certainly be staying there should I find myself traveling to the area again. Love Extended Stay.

For $*/night, I guess the only thing I got for it was walking distance to Peoria baseball bark which you are about 12 blocks from. The bed was hard, but the room was clean and laundry worked well. Stay clear of the high speed internet service they offer for $5/day. I got speeds like dialup and tech support said it was antenna. Even though, they were able to increase speeds marginally. If you want internet service for less than two hours per day, there's a Starbucks right across the street and they will give you two hours for the price of coffee. It's what I'll do if I stay again. The fire alarm worked well. It went off at midnight, staff said it was because someone was cooking. Don't ask them to hold your luggage after check-out. They told me they had a room the COULD put them in, but weren't responsible. So all in all, I got the higher hotel rate with none of the perks, enjoy.

Extended Stay Suites in Peoria is in a great location and the staff were friendly. Clean enough, good TV and having a kitchen was great. Excellent AC unit and the shower was terrific. Yet, the beds were tiny (Full, not queen) and the hallways and our room stunk of cigarette smoke beyond belief. It never subsided and it trashed our sinuses, as it will for non-smokers. It was a stench that never went away and for that reason, we'll stay elsewhere next time. Sorry.

A nice quiet place to stay in a nice area. Good restaurants on the main road. Not an exciting place to stay if you are looking for a resort atmosphere, but great if you are on business or looking for a place for an extended period of time with kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time
