The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though I had booked a non-smoking room. I was told I couldn't move because the hotel was full and there were no other rooms available. The carpet was filthy--not just "stained." The shower didn't work. No washcloths. Water stained walls and ceiling. Only 1 lightbulb worked in the entire room. The whole place was dark and dingy. When my husband called to say our room hadn't been made up (he'd spent one night here before I arrived) he was told you only get maid service if you stay more than 5 nights. We loaded our suitcases into the car and moved to Motel 6--nothing fancy but at least it was clean. We later found out that our friend had also moved out to another hotel on the same day because of what he descibed as the "cigarette--wet cat fur--pet urine" smell.

This was at minimun GROSS - how awful for the mother company to have their name on the sign. I have stayed at other extended stay hotels and this is a disgrace to everyone. holes in the walls, burns on every piece of fabric - not to mention they messed up my reservation. RUN QUICK - don't stay here - besides that other hotels on Noland Rd are the same price - it is not a deal.

Very basic accomodations - Rooms fairly small, but clean. Fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, coffeemaker, sink and minimal cooking utensils. Small tv and one chair table, alarm. Nice shower, adequate linen. Bed ok. Elevator to 2nd and 3rd floors. WiFi access costs extra. No breakfast, but as stated by an earlier post, the Big Biscuit, down the street is perhaps the best breakfast place I've ever eaten at. Arrive early - its VERY popular. Bottom line - Great value IF you get discounted rate

Staff was freindly and efficient. Hotel room was not clean, Bathroom had mold on walls and ceiling. Hard to find as directions were from the wrong exit. Will not stay here again. Price was cheap( get what you pay for)
