  Everything was great. Clean, friendly, nice location for a Pistons Game at the PalaceOfAuburnHills. The only complaint that I could even come up with is that we waited both at check in & check out for the front desk to notice us standing there. Also, the lil store they have w/ food, we weren't sure where to pay for it. But it was nice, no 5 star, but no major complaints!

  We spent the night at the Candlewood Suites on Opdyde in Auburn Hills. The room was very nice & very clean. The room was comfortable & provided many of the comforts of home such as a "real" fridge, a dishwasher, DVD/VCR player and they even had movies that we were able to borrow. Only saw 1 person at the front desk but she was very pleasant. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!! Worth the money. My only complaint; they are pet-friendly but it cost more for our dog to stay than it cost for the both of us. I think the fee should be partially refunded if there are no damages caused by your pet.

  We really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We are looking to stay at this hotel chain again. Next time we travel we will look for Candlewood before any other hotel.
