  The staff was nice and reservations were easy but my room was horrible. room smelled of nasty odor, bathroom door didn't shut, cable tv was fuzzy, wallpaper falling off ...

  The staff was nice and reservations were easy but my room was horrible. Room smelled of nasty odor, bathroom door didn't shut, cable tv was fuzzy, wallpaper falling off the walls, did I mention the smell. I think the price for that room was rediculous. I will never stay at one of these hotels or their other related hotels. Very dissapointed.

  I would like to say that this hotel was an excellent choice. staff was helpful and friendly. rooms were very nice and clean. we will be back!

  My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice now. We stay when we come to town for Chiefs games. Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and price is right. It is also a great location for getting to Arrowhead! Go Chiefs!!!

  I thought the hotel was clean. people were friendly. breakfast was excellent. air conditioner was a little sluggish. it was over a hundred deg.f two days. overall was excellent.

  The hotel was a cost effective alternative to the higher priced ones by Worlds of Fun. The smell was bad, but our room worse - old stale cigarette smell in a non smoking room. YUCK! Our room was directly across a narrow hallway from the ice machine and vending machines and office door - which equals no sleep. The room was clean - except for the smell. The complimentary breakfast was great! Biscuits and gravy, pastries, bagels, fresh waffles, fruit, coffee, juices, cereals.....it was a great breakfast!!
