The Hotel was very nice and clean. It did seem like we paid a little for a lot. It was a very spacious room. The staff were exeptional. The only one disadvantage and that was there wasn't a microwave in the room. However, my son went to the staff downstairs who heated his food in the microwave. Food is provided through out the night but you have to go downstairs to order it. There is a small coffee/wine/alchohol shop downstairs tucked away in the corner. Although I didn't try it it seemed very inviting. I will keep this on my list for any future Richmond trips..

The Hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are unbelievable! The decor is very contemporary, modern and clean. On several other websites I've read other reviews with complaints about how small the bathrooms are but this is due to the fact that the sink and vanity are located outside of the actual bathroom so of course the bathroom will be smaller. The staff was the nicest by far that I have ever encountered at a hotel. The complimentary breakfast is great as well with a very cozy breakfast area to sit and enjoy. I just loved the design of this hotel and will definitely return again soon for another stay. During my stay, I kept thinking I should be paying more for my stay as nice as the hotel was.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful with directions to our final destination. Everything was very nice. The only bad thing about the hotel was its walls. They must have been very thin, because we could here our neighbors conversations, televisions, etc. But again, it was terrific and we would gladly stay again.
