This hotel is very roomy and pretty. The design is crisp and organized, zen like. I being a tea drinker am always impressed with a hotel that has tea in the room as well as coffee and this one does. It has a big living room area with a fold out L shaped couch, a partial wall separates the living room from the bedroom area and between the two on a mantel like unit sits a great big honking digital flat screen tv. Not the size usually found in hotels, it is huge. The bathroom sink area is pretty granite and is separated from the potty and bathtub area. Free WIFi in the room. They call the lobby the Gallery and it is a couchy coffee house sort of place, there is a counter you can order food at anytime. The breakfast room looks like a photo from real simple magazine, everything is lined up and symmetrical, the plates perfectly stacked in cubbies just the right size. A lot of thought has gone into the details of this hotel, it is a relaxingly posh place. The only thing we missed was that it didn't have a hot tub in the pool area.

Customer Service was O.K. The room was really nice. Pretty close to the Palace. When I checked out, I left my cell phone in the room. Front desk was extremely helpful and sympathetic to the retrieval of it. It was located. Very clean. Shower was nice.
