  The Hotel is perfect for upper middle class. The food is fresh and plentiful. Hotel workers are quite friendly and useful. Location is great. Everything is fine here and GOOD value! I stay here over and over!

  I have a family of 4 and we really liked our room. We had a King size bed and a queen sofa pull out for our 2 boys (Ages 10 & 6). The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, missing donuts or some sort of pastry, otherwise OK. Very nice area, newly developed shopping center across the street. Very easy access to IH-40. We would definitely stay here again.

  We have stayed at these hotels numerous times and the services and ammenities are excellant. this hotel in albuquerque has an excellant staff and the hdtv is awesome.

  When our car was stolen the manager refused to come to the hotel and meet with us. she left the problem up to a very young and apparently inexperienced clerk ...

  When our car was stolen the manager refused to come to the hotel and meet with us. She left the problem up to a VERY young and apparently inexperienced clerk to handle a very bad situation. We were not comped our room, even though we asked and we even had to find our own way to the airport to rent a car to return home. Amerisuites has yet to contact me and even show concern for what happened on their property even though I did call thier customer care line and give them all the information.
