The staff could be more service oriented. Very slow to welcome you and I stood waiting to check out looking at the person who was responsible for checking out guests. She saw me, yet continued talking to other employees. There was no aparent desire to ensure quick service. Facitlies were clean and comfortable.

This hotel was much nicer than we expected. The shuttle drivers were so kind and friendly. The indoor pool was heated perfectly and the life guard was very attentive to my grandson. The room was beautiful and very very clean. We found the staff very kind as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to staying there again. I feel we got much more for our money than expected. It was a plesant surprise.

This hotel was much nicer than we expected. The shuttle drivers were so kind and friendly. The indoor pool was heated perfectly and the life guard was very attentive to my grandson. The room was beautiful and very very clean. We found the staff very kind as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to staying there again. I feel we got much more for our money than expected. It was a plesant surprise.
